PRICE, Leona M."Lee" (Akins), Moriarty, 49 of Findlay, Ohio; formerly of Wichita, Bryant Law Firm legal secretary, died Friday, November 29, 1996. Service 1:30 PM today, Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.
Survivors: husband, Robert; stepmother Julia Akins of San Antonio, Texas; sons, James Moriarty, Michael Moriarty, both of Oklahoma; stepsons, Mike of Columbus, Ohio, Danny of Findlay, Bobby of Cincinnati; stepdaughters, Kathy Ritter, Shelly Comer, both of Findlay; nine step grandchildren. Memorial has been established with The Salvation Army, 301 Center St, Findlay, Ohio. Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay.

Leona was a tall, willowy blonde with a great sense of humor. She was in one of my gym classes and it was hilarious to see all the lengths we went to in order to keep our hair dry during swimming classes. She was very graceful -- maybe she took dancing lessons. I'm sorry I didn't know her better.

I loved spending time over at Leona's house. We used to cook together & do the best ponytails for each other.Her mom would straighten us out if we were up to misadventures. Her older brother was a singing rollerskater who told us we should never cut our hair. Wonder what adventures she went on to have?

Leona and I dated a little I loved the she just to laugh at my jokes I would pick her up sometimes a the Indian hills drug store sure miss our fun times she was a great friend.
