In Memory

David Andree

David Andree

With much sadness, I’m sharing the news of loss... our classmate, David Andree, passed away late last night, Friday, February 28, 2020.  David has suffered from declining health for several years. He was a patient at Via Christi St Francis Hospital at the time of his death.  Please keep David’s family, as well as his sons Brad and David Andree, and daughter, Jen Andree Ramsey, in your thoughts and prayers.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Quincy's Bar and Grill on Saturday, March 7th, from 2pm - 5pm
(this will be in what they call the 3rd room)

I had the opportunity to talk to Dave in length back in 2011 at the court house.  We sat down outside on a bench and talked about the old days at North High.  We also discussed our daughters who both attended school in Sedgwick Kansas.  His daughter and mine were both athletic and very active and cheerleaders thrughout Jr. High and High school.  We also talked about his dad.  RIP Dave.  Condolences go out to Dave's family.

Sincerely,  Bruce Simpson

David, Cartwritght, Dalbeaux, Val Van and I. Most of us lived within a couple of blocks of each other. Dalbeaux's house was the meeting place on 17th. You could smoke there. Tobacco. We spent years together at that home. Too many stories and most don't need to be told. Innocent by today's standards. I can close my eyes and see David's 17 year old face and here his laugh. More of a chuckle. Life was good.
Condolences and love to his family.
RIP David     BRYAN and KAY COLLIER
