Burgat, Janice K., 58, homemaker, died Sunday, December 4, 2005 after a short illness. She was the daughter of Kenneth V. and Phyllis (Cotter) Breese both of whom have preceded her in death. Honoring her request, no services will be held.
Survivor: son, Gregg K. Burgat of Wichita. Memorial with the Kansas Humane Society. Cochran Mortuary.

Janice and I became friends at John Marshall and she was a very nice person. When she got her very first horse she invited me to go with her. I was mad about horses then and so hoping for a little ride. Alas, not. I have fond memories of her.
