I recently heard of Roberts passing, From 2005 to 2008. I when I was City Administrator in Kiowa, I would always stop and see Bob at the store in Harper,in my passing back and forth from Wichita. We would always spend more time than we should have, because we had more important things to do, often Bob would call me and want to meet in Anthony or Medicene Lodge or Pratt or  Alva,OK. to play golf (which we always did). I Have many fond memories of Bob, but mostly is lafter his smile and humer. --- The World will be a lesser place without Robert,he did so much for others.

To Roberts family,I offer my deepest sympothy, John Scott
