Glenda Ehret Hunter, daughter of Lucille and Glen "Rusty" Ehret, passed away on December 25, 2008. Memorial Service 10:30 am Saturday, June 6, at the First Christian Church in Augusta, KS. Glenda is survived by; mother, Lucille; sister, Rhonda, brother, Month, (Kim); nephews, Justin White, Brett and Shaun Ehret; niece, Renee Ehret, Lorraine Ehret; great-niece, Lauren White; several aunts and uncles; numerous cousins. Glenda was preceded in death by her father, Glen "Rusty" Ehret and grandmother, Lenah Drew. Memorials may go to the First Christian Church, 1600 State, Augusta, KS 67010

Glenda and I became friends in junior high (Marshall). She was lots of fun and her family was warm and welcoming. Glenda was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis our junior year. This is a devestating and often dibillitating illness. She became quite fragile and was wheelchair bound. I used to go and pick her up and take her places so she wasn't housebound. When I went off to college we lost touch. I regret that.
