William 'BILL' Houston

Houston, William "Bill" 69, went home to be with the Lord in the early hours of Dec. 13, 2016. He was reunited his wife of 43 years, Linda, and parents, Eva and Charles Houston. He will be missed dearly by his sons, Gary (Colorado Springs, CO) and Patrick (Wichita); sister, Shirley Frame (Mountain Home, AR); grandchildren, Allie, Brent, Adam, Kyle, and Jacob. Bill worked for Boeing and then Spirit Aerosystems for many years before retiring. When not at work, Bill loved grizzly bears, hunting, fishing, and playing pool. Most of all, Bill loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Baker Funeral Home, 6100 E. Central, #203, Wichita. There will not be a graveside ceremony. I loved you Billy !  We had so much fun in elementary school, junior high and during high school.  I will always remember when all of us were in the Pleasent Valley Cub Scouts !   You always had the biggest knife to show off.  God bless you....will miss you!

I remember Bill. When I heard his name his image of seeing him at P.V., and North automatically popped into my head. How have the years passed so quickly? My condlences to to Bill's family. You were a great classmate.
