This information shared April 5, 2019 by Gene's daughter, Theodora Stevens-Kambiotis. "Our Dad Gene Stevens passed away this morning peacefully. From my post a couple weeks ago, he had a quick fight with pancreatic cancer which started around Christmas. We love him very much and will miss him. He was a great Father! Memory Eternal.
Funeral arrangements are as such, I will share the link with the obituary once it has been published.
Visitation: Monday, April 8th from 2:00PM ‘til 8:00PM at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita, KS 67213;
Trisagion: Tuesday, April 9th, 9:45 AM; Funeral: 10:00 AM, at St. Mary Orthodox Christian Church, 344 S. Martinson, Wichita, KS 67213. Followed by Graveside Interment at Resthaven Cemetery, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209. A meal of mercy will follow at St. Mary Church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with St. Mary Orthodox Christian Church." Culbertson-Smith Mortuary
