Just what do we say about Dalbo.  What a dear friend.  Such a funny yet serious guy.  He was a great listener and had such strong convictions.  We spent many fun times together in those crazy years immediately after high school ... fishing and camping ... Dalbo shared lots of funny stories around the campfires as well as around the kitchen table, always welcome in our home.  He was like Uncle Dalbo to my boys.  Although we lost touch as our lives evolved, my memories of him make it difficult to realize he is in another place.

I will never forget DALBO and his 56 Chevy that he called FUBAR CAR. What a great guy.

What a friend and hunting, fishing or drinking buddy - naturally along with Val Van Ausdel., Mark Cartwright,  Phil Durand, Bryan Collier, Dave Andre, John Fleming, and the list goes on.  Still remember where he and Mark C. lived next to my favoriate bar - by the Riverside Chalet in the park.

Who's idea was it to light a fart? ................ still laugh about that one.

Don't know who cleaned house but think they were gone, a lot!

Dalbo was a good friend to me.  After I left Wichita in 1972 we kept in touch and I saw him on return trips over the years.  He was the kind of person who would do anything for you.  His mother Viva Lu helped me get my first job after having Jenni, my first child.  I miss him!
