Linda was a very nice young woman --- she was the cousin (on the other side) of one of my cousins.  I think she died of breast cancer -- I know she was on our prayer list at church for a very long time.

Linda and I reacquainted while doing our Medical Technology clinical rotation in 1970 at Wesley Medical Center.  She had an outstanding career in the Chemistry Lab and was the best at troubleshooting any autoanalyser to get those electrolyte results on the patient chart STAT.  She was my friend and colleague.
